Steve is available for one-on-one or group mentoring and coaching sessions, schedule permitting. 

Regardless of the position you are preparing for, Firefighter all the way up to Fire Chief, Steve can assist you as he has assisted countless candidates around the Country get hired as Firefighters, and also get promoted to the ranks of Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief, Division Chief, Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief and Fire Chief.

Entry level and promotional coaching sessions are catered to your career development needs, and can be done in person, on the phone, via Zoom, Face Time, or Skype. Zoom or in person is preferred. 

We can discuss any part of the entry-level or promotional process you would like. 

Sessions are typically two (2) hours unless pre-agreed upon otherwise.

Once we agree upon a date and a time, please email Steve a copy of your resume and any documents or information that may be applicable to the testing process  and/or your background so he can get a better idea of what your process will consistent of and also get to know a little more about your background before the two of us meet.

COST:

• ENTRY LEVEL (Aspiring firefighter candidates):  The cost of one-on-one coaching is $250 for a 2-hour session.
   
• PROMOTIONAL LEVEL (Aspiring engineer up to fire chief candidates - or similar promotional positions):  The cost of one-on-one coaching is $350 for a 2-hour session.
